Sonner et voler

Making this film I was inspired by the work of the Russian writer, Daniil Harms, in particular - his collection of short stories entitled Sonner et voler (French edition, Gallimard, 1976). Considered as a pioneer of of the absurd at the beginning of the XXth century, his short texts, but with an surprising actuality, can be the object of multiple interpretations.

Ce film s’inspire de l’œuvre de l’écrivain russe, Daniil Harms, notamment – son recueil de nouvelles intitulées Sonner et voler (édition française, Gallimard, 1976). Considéré comme un précurseur de l’absurde au début du XXème siècle, ses textes courts, mais d’une étonnante actualité, peuvent faire l’objet de multiples interprétations.
